Be sure to check out Wet Silk, the all girl photo show that opens this Saturday, September 26th, at the Los Angeles venue Basic Flowers.
The all identified female, and gender queer, hosted photo show, Wet Silk is a one-night-only showcase set to feature emerging women photographers based in Los Angeles including Jessica Herrera, Michelle Alexis Newman, MJ Katz, Sonia Kissin, and yours truly (hi, I’m Michelle Lorén).
Doors open at 7pm, with live music sets to follow by Phair, Nightgown, Barrie & the Starz, and Danke, at 8pm. There will be dancing, drinks to be drunken, and photos to be seen and taken! This event is 21+ and requires an entry of $7.
